When you need to send us a file, form, letter or other sensitive information:
- Scan the document into your computer (if necessary).
- Sign-in to your SecureFilePro™ account.
- Upload the file
- Sign-out, you're done!
When we send you a file or document:
- Sign-in to your SecureFilePro™ account.
- Navigate to the 'Documents from Preparer' folder
- Select the file
- Download the file
- Sign-out, you're done!
